General contracting is the core of what we do. We deliver ground-up facilities, expansions, and renovations with direct control of the trades, the schedule, and the site. Our project managers and superintendents carry the project from mobilization through closeout, and the owner deals with the same team throughout.

Much of our work takes place inside facilities that remain in operation during construction. That requires phasing around production, coordinating shutdown windows, and holding safety and access standards that protect the client's operation as well as our crews. We build every project to that standard, whether the site is open ground or an active plant.

Our commitment to safety

Safety is a daily operating requirement on every Westside site, not a program reviewed at intervals. Every project carries a site-specific safety plan, job hazard analyses for each task, daily pre-task planning, and individual orientation for everyone entering the site. On occupied and mission-critical facilities, those requirements extend to containment, access control, and coordination with the client's own safety staff. The standard is the same on open ground and inside a running plant.
