Industrial

Facilities built around production

Industrial facilities are built around a process, and every decision about the building has to serve that process. Equipment layout, utility capacity, floor loading, clearances, and material flow determine whether a facility supports production or constrains it. We plan industrial projects from the process outward, coordinating with the operator's engineers and equipment vendors so the building is ready for the operation it houses.

Much of our industrial work takes place inside plants that stay in production during construction. Expansions, line additions, infrastructure replacement, and process area modifications are sequenced around the operator's schedule, with shutdown windows planned in advance and containment and access maintained throughout. The plant keeps running while the work proceeds.
