The work sets the standard

Westside is a field-led company, and the culture follows from that. The work is demanding, much of it inside operating plants, utility sites, and occupied facilities where the margin for error is small, and it is done by a team that takes it seriously. Ownership stays close to the field, decisions are made by those who answer for them, and a question from the crew reaches someone with the authority to act the same day.
