Westside Construction Group pays vendors and trade partners through Ramp. Our accounts payable team creates your vendor profile, then Ramp emails you a secure link to add bank and W-9 details. Nothing sensitive is entered here. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

Tax details (W-9) and bank account

Nothing to enter here. Ramp collects it securely.

Once we create your vendor record, Ramp emails your payment contact a secure link to complete the W-9 (legal name, federal tax classification, and EIN or SSN) and, if you chose ACH, to add your bank account. A signed W-9 can be uploaded through that same link. Watch for the email from Ramp within a few business days of submitting this form.

Westside never asks for bank account numbers, EINs, or Social Security numbers on this page or by email. If anyone claiming to represent Westside asks for them another way, call 585-440-0304 to confirm before responding.
