Facilities built around the production line
A manufacturing facility exists to serve a process, and every element of the building has to support it: floor loading for equipment, utility capacity for process demand, clearances for material flow, and structural provisions for future lines. We plan manufacturing projects from the process outward, coordinating with the operator's engineers and equipment suppliers so the building is ready for production when the equipment arrives.
Much of our manufacturing work is delivered inside plants that remain in production. Expansions, line additions, infrastructure replacement, and process area modifications are sequenced around the operator's schedule, with shutdown windows planned in advance and containment and access maintained throughout. Production continues while the work proceeds.
