Senior living built around the residents who live there
Senior living facilities carry requirements that ordinary residential construction does not: accessibility throughout, life safety systems built to healthcare standards, and, in memory care, an environment designed for the people who live in it. We build independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities to those standards, and we coordinate with the operator, the nursing staff, and the state licensing process so the building opens ready to be lived in.
On occupied campuses, the work is phased so residents and care staff are never in the path of construction. Expansions, unit renovations, and dining and amenity upgrades are sequenced with the operator, with containment, access, and life safety maintained throughout. The community keeps running while it grows.
